Full-Stack Developer (Python or Go Hacker)
What You’ll Do
Full-stack Development: Engage in extensive coding, balancing speed and technical debt to bring our product to market efficiently.
Product Vision: Work closely with customers to refine use cases, leading to impactful features and enhancements.
DevOps Expertise: Manage the CI/CD pipeline, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure our services run smoothly.
Engineering Leadership: Define the architecture and set technical standards that will guide our development for years to come.
Customer Support: Interact with our community on Slack and Discord to resolve issues and gather valuable feedback.
UX Design: Use your intuition to create user flows when necessary.
Your Profile
Startup Spirit: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, eager to see your code in production and make an impact.
Technical Proficiency: With 4+ years of engineering experience, you can design systems, navigate complex problems, and build reliable products.
Founder's Mindset: Preferably, you have previous founding experience or have such a mindset with your own side project to show for it.
Adaptability: Comfortable switching roles across engineering, product, and support, and tackling ambiguous challenges.
Ownership & Initiative: You take charge and see projects through to completion, influencing engineering, culture, and the organization. You overcommunicate via Slack or Huddles. You never hide.

Production Manager
Work with hosts, creators and our own productions to ensure production schedule, objectives, budgets and talent is happy and completed with excellence.
Experience in sports, tennis, soccer, futbol, ping pong, theatre, film bonus. However, we are doing things a new way. The SpaceVibes way. So if you get stuck in the past way of doing things you may feel uncomfortable here. It's a new way to do streaming, content, live streaming and production. Yet the basics of budgets and being amazing with people will always be the same!
